About the Dialog Converter
One of the most tedious tasks faced by a programmer who must upgrade an Excel application from version 5 or 95 to version 97 or above is converting Excel 5/95 dialog sheets into Excel 97+ UserForms.
The Excel Dialog Converter removes much of the tedium from this task by automatically converting all of the dialog sheets in a project into UserForms, properly translating old-style
Forms controls into their new ActiveX equivalents wherever possible.

Note to Excel 2002 (XP) and Excel 2003 Users
There is a new level of code security in Excel 2002 and higher versions that you must disable in order for the Dialog Converter
to operate. Choose Tools > Macro > Security from the Excel menu and click the Trusted Sources tab. At the bottom of this tab you'll see a checkbox labeled
Trust Access to Visual Basic Project. Check this option and click OK to enable the Dialog Converter
to run.
